Hello December! In the fifteen minutes that I drove Marty to preschool this morning the rainy cold front here in the mid-atlantic drove the temperature down 20 degrees from the sixties to the forties. Bring on the scarves and gloves! I'm ready for it.

I just commented over on Ali's post about launching our December dailies to this affect: I have no album foundation ready. I have very limited supplies, BUT I'm starting today ANYWAY.
My approach is photos and words, until I can make a framework for the album later this week on a day off. My free time this year is in small spurts. I'm home with the kids less, so I've encouraged Paul to take photos of them in action when I'm not here, and I'll piece things together for the story of our season. This is tradition!
I've decided not to try and post to this blog every day, but rather couple of days for better time management. This will allow me to focus on the construction of pages each day and then photograph and upload them in small groupings, periodically.
Also, there's a celebration taking place at Habit this month, with all participating alumni (including myself!) returning to share a collective December experience. All of the entries are shot and written the very day they are posted, so you see these tiny stories in real time. If you want photo inspiration, or simply desire to behold a lovely, creative female perspective stop in throughout the season for a visit.
