For the first time I purchased the twinkle (that's the streaked light purple) variety and a couple of the ivory. Eggplant is still in season around here and they looked good for crispy eggplant, but now I'm thinking about giving orzo with roasted vegetables a try. I've spent an embarrasing amount of time searching out recipe inspiration starting with this post at Frog Bottom Farm, but ultimately my decision will come down to whether I feel like picking up the other ingredients. What's your favorite way to cook it?
